Chrisley Family Patriarch Todd Chrisley to Be Released from Prison Early
Update: Release Date Moved to Earlier January 2023
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons online inmate search system, Todd Chrisley, the patriarch of the Chrisley family, is scheduled to leave the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Florida on January 22, 2023. This is a significant change from his previously scheduled release date of September 2032.
Early Release for Tax Fraud Case
In January of this year, Todd and his wife Julie Chrisley reported to prison to serve sentences of 12 and seven years, respectively, in their tax fraud case. However, recent prison records indicate that they are both being released early.
Todd Chrisley is currently being held at a minimum security federal prison camp in Pensacola, Florida. A records search by USA TODAY on September 8th found that Todd's release date from FPC Pensacola in Florida is currently set for January 22, 2023.
